The Peoples Operation Restoration is the mechanism by which the coordinated strategy, planning, and specific objectives are delivered to The Army of Light comprised of millions of individuals worldwide. We provide overarching planning and guidance and enjoin factors of group and national efforts, logistics, intelligence and changing goals, coordinated messaging, and communications.
